These general terms and conditions of online sale ("General Terms") apply to all sales contracts concluded between Di Sabatino srl, registered office at Corso Giuseppe Mazzini 158, 63100 Ascoli Piceno (AP), Italy, VAT no. IT01213060443, REA: AP-120150 (hereinafter "the Seller"), which sells products ("Products") on its website www.disabatinoshop.com ("Site"), and the customer ("Customer"), understood under article 3 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 ("Consumer Code") as a consumer, meaning a natural person acting for purposes outside any business, commercial, craft or professional activity they may carry out, on the basis of orders placed electronically through the Site.

Product information

• Every product published on the Site comes with images, description, details and size chart. For additional or missing information, contact customercare@disabatino.it.
• As an authorised retailer of all the brands on the Site, Di Sabatino srl guarantees the authenticity of every item.
• The range on the Site reflects the actual availability of each item by size and colour, linked to all Di Sabatino srl stores and warehouses.
• The Seller reserves the right to confirm the availability of items and to report any unavailability or inability to fulfil the order.

Product images and Site content

Some images on the Site are generated or edited with artificial intelligence tools: on the homepage and in editorial content, and also some product images in product listings and product pages, for example to show a garment being worn or in a setting.

The images show the model, colour and main details of the product, but may differ from the actual product in the rendering of colours, materials and proportions, also because of screen settings. For composition, colour, measurements and features, the description and data on the product page prevail.

If the product received does not match the description or the images, the Customer is entitled to the remedies of the legal guarantee of conformity, in addition to the right of withdrawal.

Prices and currency

• Italy and European Union: prices in euros, VAT included.
• Europe outside the European Union (for example Switzerland, Norway, Canary Islands): prices in euros, Italian VAT included. Import duties and taxes are calculated and shown at checkout, before payment.
• United Kingdom: prices in pounds sterling, without Italian VAT and with UK VAT already included. Duties are calculated and shown at checkout, before payment.
• United States and rest of the world: prices in US dollars, without Italian VAT. Import duties and taxes are calculated and shown at checkout, before payment.

Shipping

• Costs, times and couriers are set out in the Shipping policy. In Italy shipping is free for orders from €150, otherwise it costs €10.
• All shipments are accompanied by a transport document stating the value in euros; for sale items the discounted amounts are shown.
• An invoice can be requested during checkout only with a complete Italian billing address including tax details. It cannot be requested afterwards.

Order status and cancellations

• The Customer can follow their orders in the "Account" section of the Site, by signing in with the email used for the order.
• Confirmed and fulfilled orders cannot be changed; separate orders will be shipped separately.
• The Seller may refuse an order if it does not receive the customer's bank confirmation or if it is unable to ship for reasons beyond its control.
• Special promotions or sales may cause shipping delays.
• Di Sabatino srl reserves the right to change the General Terms at any time; each order is governed by the terms in force when the contract is concluded.
• UK and US orders: the customer may request cancellation of the order within 24 hours of its confirmation. After that, the order cannot be cancelled.

Promo codes

• Promo codes received through the newsletter or social networks can be entered at checkout, in the Discount code field.
• The Newsletter code does not apply to items already on promotion.
• Each code is valid for a limited time and cannot be extended beyond the stated expiry date. Codes cannot be combined.

Right of withdrawal and return policy

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the Products, as provided by the Consumer Code. The terms and conditions for returns are set out in the Return policy. The Customer must read it before placing an order.

The Seller, Di Sabatino srl, complies with all legal provisions applicable to distance selling of goods to consumers, in particular the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Legislative Decree 70/2003.

All products sold are covered by the 2-year Legal Guarantee of Conformity, as provided by articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code. This guarantee covers lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery or arising within 24 months, with no limitation regarding normal use of the item.
